In these times of economic hardship, political uncertainty, and social upheaval, the UNLV Barrick Museum accentuates the positive with an exhibition celebrating two of life’s great pleasures: cake and art. "Let Them Eat Cake" collects depictions of confectionery delight -- humorous, deadpan, realistic, abstract, and downright delicious -- by 11 artists from across the Las Vegas Valley and beyond.
